Objective
The objective of this project is to provide a well-organized platform for listing coal supply, demand, and barge availability, with sortable and filterable parameters. This setup allows potential buyers and sellers to easily find the coal options they are looking for.
The Challenge
Indomine is the first coal listing platform in Indonesia, which presents a unique challenge as we have no direct competitors. Another challenge is how we can transition transactions, previously conducted through traditional methods, into digital ones. The length of the traditional user journey presents its own challenge, as we work to digitize and streamline the process while ensuring compliance with existing regulations.
The Solution
Due to the lengthy regulatory process that cannot be altered and the large transaction amounts involved, we aim to combine traditional and digital methods to streamline the process. This approach allows us to maintain compliance with regulations while building trust between buyers and sellers.
