Objective

The focus is on supporting the development of new features based on the existing design while elevating the design guidelines to improve consistency across all design elements. During this phase, we focused more on improving the UX aspect, while visual improvements were addressed in a subsequent phase. This involves creating components that seamlessly integrate with the current design framework, ensuring both UI consistency and a strong user experience throughout the product.

The Challenge

This project involves the challenge of designing new flows that align with a defined style, creating and managing consistent design components, and optimizing layouts for large screens with minimal content to enhance UI/UX.

We also face the difficulty of understanding and refining inherited design elements, addressing issues such as unframed icons, excessive grouping, and font inconsistencies. Additionally, we’re working to fully understand unique modules while ensuring seamless workflow integration between Commusoft and Fikri Studio.

The Solution

Due to the lengthy regulatory process that cannot be altered and the large transaction amounts involved, we aim to combine traditional and digital methods to streamline the process. This approach allows us to maintain compliance with regulations while building trust between buyers and sellers.
