Fikri Studio is opening a partnership opportunity for our first BDR. We're looking for someone experienced in outbound prospecting who is comfortable building a sales pipeline from scratch.
Most of your working time will focus on target research, outreach, and booking quality meetings. Beyond that, you'll also need to be ready to meet prospective clients in person when required.
This is a partnership-based collaboration, not employee status. You will work as an independent partner under a commission scheme designed to reward high performance. This position can be carried out alongside other jobs or projects, as long as they are not in the same industry.
This position is fully remote and can be done from anywhere in Indonesia.
What you'll do
Build target account lists based on Fikri Studio's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Run daily outreach aimed at booking qualified meetings.
Manage follow up sequences through to a response or a decision.
Document outreach results in the CRM.
Meet prospective clients face to face when required.
What we need
1–2 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally at a tech company, digital agency, or B2B creative services firm.
Experience managing outbound activity independently and comfortable working toward targets.
Clear, persuasive writing for emails and outreach messages.
Working proficiency in English.
Familiarity with a CRM, such as HubSpot or Zoho.
Willing to travel to major cities for in-person client meetings when needed.
Nice to have
Interest in AI developments and happy to discuss trends and their industry implications.
Experience running outbound sequences (email automation or LinkedIn outreach).
Experience selling B2B services or solutions.
